What has gone in behind the scenes?

Something major has happened with this squad and it stinks.

Noble alluded to it in his post match interview. He alluded to players leaking info and the team not being together and looked lost as to how he would fix it.

Moyes then backed it up in his interviews stating he needs to find a way to bring the team together.

Who are the troublemakers, the ring leaders and what is their beef?

I'd say the cliques are developing again with the likes of it's obiang kouyate Ayew sakho then noble Carroll Collins Cresswell then Hernandez Adrian fonte lanzini then Arnie arguing with himself and everyone. I imagine Mr Antonio isn't too far behind. There are a lot of pissed off players in that squad

Others think Ayew and Antonio have arses like DRAY HORSES
Still more think Kouyate couldn’t pass water and Lanzini isn’t giving 100%
Everyone thinks Joe Hart only has one arm

I’d say we have got to the point as a club where we can only attract players that are not good enough for the really big clubs but think they are too good for us and defiantly too good for lesser clubs so have nothing to prove.

When you look at teams that come up, the players are still learning, still tight and still hungry to prove their worth. When you look at the big clubs players know they have to be on their game or they are out and will only go downwards after that.

Are players are coasting and couldn’t give a fuck it seems. Or some do give a fuck and that has caused arguments.

They are toxic

I don't know what went on behind the scenes but I do know what did not go on because we looked well under prepared for the PL start in terms of fitness, motivation and patterns of play.

We are not well run. There is no strategy and no coherent structure to provide a template for team personnel to slot into. That combined with the small time big spender mentality of the clubs leaders means that we buy cunts with bigger names than they deserve, whose stock is well and truly on the wain. They come, these arrogant little cunts, with a notion that they are doing us a favour just by being here and don’t bother to put a shift in or look after themselves. This contaminates the whole apple cart pretty quickly.

We've got an owner who thinks he's a football genius and would be our manager if he didn't think putting cones out and making players run around so utterly beneath him.

He deliberately employs people who will never argue with him.

He knows the cost of everything but the value of nothing. He knows how much the toilet rolls costs but has no idea of the value of a playmaking holding midfielder.

All-in-all, he's a cunt.

I tend to agree, something has/is going on behind the scenes.

I don't feel Bilic is suddenly a bad tactician (his past record speaks for itself) I do however feel that his man management let him down or was it conditions put on him by the board. Something we may never know as Bilic is to much of a decent bloke to spill the beans.
